     Personalization information is added on product pages when ordering. 

All OHSU Brand Guidelines will be followed for the configuration of font, font size, department name and placement on the garment.

OHSU logo will be on the left chest, personalizations will be on the right chest.  Personalizations can never go under the logo.

Credentials will be smaller than the name and embroidered as follows:

      Degrees will be punctuated with periods.   ex: M.D, B.S.N., Ph.D.

      Additional accreditations or associations will not have periods.  ex: RN, CRN

The typical character count is 24 characters for line one, 30 characters for lines two and three.
